I'm Marcela, founder of Crafted&Co. I was born in Colombia and now work from Berlin. Over the years I've worked with companies across Latin America, the US, Europe, and the Middle East, in industries from corporate and advisory work to nonprofits and events. What I've learned is that the same message can land very differently depending on where you are and who you're talking to. That's why every strategy starts with understanding your market and your context, not with a template.
Before Crafted&Co., I spent years supporting executives and running complex projects, which taught me how to keep many moving parts on track. I bring that same discipline to marketing: coordinating freelancers, deadlines, and approvals, and building AI and automation systems designed to keep your marketing running consistently. Whatever region your business is in, we build the strategy around your business, your audience, and your market.
